  • 6WEC#27 Week 3, Day 5, Thursday, June 22

    So far 10 flights stairs; tonight will be packing car for trip, which will be PLENTY more exercise (stairs, lifting & carrying to the car, loading). This will be my last 6WEC post until July 5 unless cousin brings PC to the beach. (NO SLUGS I WILL RUN OR WALK A LOT DAILY!)

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

    Hey, the date is wrong on this one. Maybe Jimmiejo will come along and fix it.

      Doggonit! Got the date wrong! Trying to fix it. Also, 12 more flights stairs in. GONE TILL 7/5...AGAIN!
