    Rest day for me today.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

                  Sunday was a 5 mile walk and 2 30-minute exercise sessions.

                      Today was rest day. Went to church and it was raining a lot. Couldn't do treadmill.
                      Start date: 02/20/08
                      Start weight: 215 or around there somewhere(my biggest ever!!)

                      I can do ALL things through CHRIST which strengthens me!!!
