    Goal: To become healthy to feel good about myself both body and mind. To be accountable/honset with myself and no longer wait for tomorrow to loose weight to start today for the rest of my life.

      Weights circuit (added some free weights too) and 40 minutes of cardio - treadmill and elliptical.
