    25 minutes elliptical and over an hour weights circuit tonight for me.

        I walked Volunteer Drive, which includes the imfamous *cue drum roll* Volunteer Hill. I am sore all over, and I bet it'll be worse by tomorrow. 3 miles total, approximately 50 minutes.
