    Wow! Everyone recuperating from fireworks???

    My day was spent CLEANING big time!
    And I'm counting it! Windows!!, furniture, floors, etc.
    I would have been better off working today!!

        i was shooting for a personal goal of doing something each and every day........... that's up in smoke now.

        if sewing counts then i am good but otherwise i just took the day off.

          Rest day - not counting some 20 stair flights - spent evening going thru 2 wks of mail.

          2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

          .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

              Pilates class followed by an hour of weights circuit.

                3 mile volunteer drive walk, then got roped into moving large furniture and heavy boxes down a steep 18 step flight of stairs for 5 hours. I feel as if i've been hit by a car!
