    Rest day for me today!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    More walls and floors and window cleaning for me today. 1 more bathroom and bedroom tomorrow and I am DONE!

                2 mile walk, 22 flights stairs, 2 hours messing with yard projects (leveling paving stones with gravel, plugging sod between, planting flowers)

                but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
