      20 minutes elliptical then an hour or so of weights circuit.

          i get that wrong all the time!! lol

          can't i just change the name of it so suit me?

          yes, i do like most of it. no kidding, the lunges hurt my knees so i can't go too far down with those but the rest is okay. my heart really starts pumping when i do it.

          what angels? i don't see no stinking angels! lol

                            Friday was 30 minutes of exercises at home and 3 miles walking.

                              Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
                              2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                              but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                              .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN
