    6WEC#28 begins on Sunday, July 16th and runs through Saturday, August 26th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#27, Week 1, Day 1, Sun, May 4th."
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    *If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

        What the hey.. Exercising is the hardest part of Atkins for me, so I should do this and get motivated.

        I recorded my measurements on Sunday in a notebook at home. I'll exercise at least five days a week.

          I'm in again. Ugh. I'll go for 5! I am struggling to make 4 days anymore, but I need to kick it up a notch again!

            I'm in.

            I will walk Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and maybe Sat or Sunday but no committment there, that will be a bonus! I will walk a minimum each time of 3 times around my 'hood.

            Am I supposed to put the smiley faces on the chart, if so, where's the chart?

              Sillygirl, Skyye takes care of the chart. Your job is to report your exercise on the days that you do it. So are you committing to 3 days a week out of 7, or 4 out of 7?
              Every day will have a separate thread for you to report in. If you are the first one to report for that day, you can start the new thread. Just be sure to change the week/day/date as necessary.

                  Circuit Training/3 days a week = Monday, Wednesday, Friday

                  Walk/Jog 5 days a week = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

                  Work out 5 days a week! I really want to commit to this number of days. Really! Really! Really!

                    Can I jump in on this challenge?

                    Mark me down for 4 days committed to exercise although Im shooting for 5. My exercise will consist of dancing or walking and if I do order that belly dancing dvd I'll sprinkle that in too.

                    Nag me if you see the need. I have been so out of the exercise loop.....

                      I am joining Just what I need to get my ARS in gear 5 days a week forme but I usually do 6 this is just in case HE HE HE.

                          I think I win the award for being MOST out of the exercise loop! So, I will commit to four days a week. I'll measure/weigh tomorrow.

                              Hi my name is Sara I just started the Atkins diet on Monday so I'm still in induction. I would like to sign up for the 6wec#28 also. I don't have my measurements yet I will do that this weekeend but I am 5'2 and weigh I really don't want to say but here goes 185lbs and that's without any kids. I will be working out for 5 days a week. So good luck everyone. Oh I want to lose 35lbs so that would make me 150lbs.
