              Count me in for 4/7 this time, just to be safe. This one will end just in time for school to start, may be my last official challenge for awhile. I will be out of town from sunday until tuesday, so i'll post my stats saturday when I check in on the other 6wec.

                  I'm in for 3 days a week again.
                  Stats measured on 16th July
                  -Under arms, around chest : 34"
                  -Fullest part of chest : 38"
                  -Ribcage : 32"
                  -Waist : 32"
                  -Hips : 39.5"
                  -Upper arm x 2 : both are 11"
                  -Thigh x 2 : 18.5" each
                  -Weight : 138 pounds

                        Hmmm, wow I walked in at just the right day! Sign me up... I will commit to 4 days per week... at least 30 minutes each day... Hopefully I will do more than that tho- I am trying to sign up at the gym tomorrow!
