    Today's exercise consisted of unloading 2 pallets full of junk food and moving 100 cases of soda around in the garage.

      hey barbiebabe, i have the #28 challenge stickied. i just went ahead and got it done for sky. she appreciated it last time so i am hoping for the same this time.

              June 29 - SI6 - Start it up
              June 30 - SI6 - Ramp it up
              July 1 - SI6 - Ramp it up

              July 3 - Tae Bo Abs
              July 4 - 20 min walk

              July 6 - rest day

                Monday was 3 miles of walking and 30 minutes of exercises at home.

                  Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
                  2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                  but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                  .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

                        an hour of weights followed by 25 minutes elliptical on Monday for me
