    i think i am taking a rest day. i am so sore from yesterday and woke up with a horrible headache. if things change, i'll add or edit.

      Walked 1 mile/15 minutes

      5 minutes of ab work

          An hour of Pilates (still cant manage to do a 'rollup' using just my tummy muscles) followed by an hour nd a half of weights - love those leg-presses!!

              Parked a mile down from the gym and walked to it... did 30 minutes elliptical and 10 bike, walked the mile back.

              Thanks Fit4... I feel good. Everyone here is looking so very nice.... !

                but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                  3.68 miles of walking. 30 minutes of exercises. My tummy is getting flatter!
