Hope you feel better! Did you take Benedryl? That always knocks me right out! Try and enjoy the rest while you're recuperating.

I got a sparkpeople account, so now i am doing what's suggested there for exercises, since here I can't get those fitness in DVD programs...

                      today...

                      Strengh trainning:
                      Dumbbell Side Bends 2 12-15
                      Modified Plank 2
                      One-Arm Dumbbell Rows 2 12-15
Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extensions 2 12-15
                      Calf Raises Holding Chair/Wall 2 12-15
                      Lying Ham Curl 2 12-15

                      40 mins of cardio

I can't believe how motivated I am... I hope this lasts long!

And I also give my dog a long walk! (40 mins)... Now I believe all those comments on the extra energy.

I did an hour and a half of weights as well as a pilates class - actually managed to complete 2 'rollups' for the first time without using my elbows to get into a seated position - my 'flabs' must be starting to turn into 'abs' at last!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Day of rest........... spent my time getting ready for my trip and weeding but not enough to consider it exercise. Will check back in this weekend when I get home. I expect some walking while we are gone.
