    rest day?
    sick day?

    i got my days in for the week but the doctor told me to stay away from heat sources. guess that means, no hot showers, no warm baths, no sunning, no over exerction which makes me heat up.

                      25 minutes stationary bike then 90 minutes weights circuit!
