            about 5 hours of
            1. cleaning out the shed of things that went to the landlords dumpster
            2. organizing the basement and getting stuff up off the wet floor

            lots of arm work lifting heavy tools and tile and overhead work

                  school shopping with my 5 yr old... by the end of the day I was mentally and physically exhausted.

                      30 minutes exercise bike plus a few ball pushups is all for me.
