    K I mowed my SUPERLAWN today for 1 hour 15 minutes.

    I am missing days Playing catch UP BAD BAD ME.

    5th Weight training.
    7th Dancing
    8th Running
    9th OFF
    10th Cleaning for 5 full hours POWER CLEAN
    11th weight training
    12th dancing
    13th dancing

    There that should be causght up now SORRY!!!!

      90 minutes weights - no cardio as I had a trainer consultation and ran out of time tonight.

        I have to appologize for not keeping up with the day to day here. I have been walking/dancing every other day and getting my 4 days in but not posted. I will try to sit with my calendar by my side and do a formal update in one thread if that is OK?

        Good news is that my joints seem to be loosening up now more and more. And if for nothing else......... That I am very thankful for!

              My poison ivy/sumac/oak (whatever it is) has spread further over the past couple of days. I'm itchy and very uncomfortable. I can't work out or even go outside cause the heat makes it worse and sweating is definitely out of the question. I started a medrol dose pack today, so that just means i'll gain more weight on top of the birth control I started 4 weeks ago. I think i'm a little discouraged and depressed.

                oh blue, that's what got me, poison ivy. i know exactly what you are going through. i got a shot and that took care of things. didn't gain any weight from it either. the shot was depo-medrol. not a dose pack like you got. i was also given a script for prednesone but i didn't fill that. the shot did just fine.
