    SW 127kg (1/06/08 ) - CW 111 Kg (26/8/08 )- GW 70 Kg
    Weight lost: 16kg

      An hour of pilates class and one hour of weights, plus 20 ball pushups at my knees.

              Got in the shade today this morning and cleaned out my old car then washed and waxed my new car. Poison ivy will probably be gone within the next 2 days! Yippee!!!
