    I couldnt see another thread for this so have started one. I hope this is OK.

    Stats measured on 16th July : 29th August
    -Under arms, around chest : 34" : now 33.5" - down 1/2 inch
    -Fullest part of chest : 38" : now 37" - down 1 inch
    -Ribcage : 32" : now 31.5" - down 1/2 inch
    -Waist : 32" : still 32"
    -Hips : 39.5" : now 39" - down 1/2 inch
    -Upper arm x 2 : both were 11" : both now 10.75" - down 1/2 inch total
    -Thigh x 2 : both were 18.5" each : still 18.5" each
    -Weight : 138 pounds : now down to 132 pounds = 6 pounds lost

    So a total of 3 inches and 6 pounds lost in the 6 weeks

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    Stats measured on 16th July : 29th August

    -Under arms, around chest : 50" : now 47" - down 3 inch
    -Fullest part of chest : 58.5" : now 56" - down 2,5 inch
    -Ribcage : 50" : now 46.5" - down 3.5 inch
    -Waist : 53" : now 48" - down 5 inch
    -Hips : 65" : now 61.5" - down 3.5 inch
    -Upper arm x 2: both were 19" : both now 18.5" - down 1 inch total
    -Thigh x 2 : both were 38.5" : both now 35" - down 7 inch total
    -Weight : 237 pounds : now down to 213 pounds = 24 pounds lost

    So a total of 25.5 inches and 24 pounds lost in the 6 weeks

    I had to double check, then ask my boyfriend to check again, and I still can't believe the numbers... just after 6 weeks of atkins and excersising... wow... i am just wow

      I'm amazed I lost any inches at all! My body hasn't changed since 5/15/06...until now!

      waist -3"
      Hips -1"

        Here are my end results

        -underarms- 37
        -chest, fullest point- 39.5
        -ribs- 33.25
        -waist- 30.5
        -hips- 38
        -upper arm x2- 11.25
        -thigh x2- 21.75
        -weight- 142.6

        Here are my beginning stats from Jul16th

        -underarms- 37
        -chest, fullest point- 41
        -ribs- 33.75
        -waist- 32.5
        -hips- 39
        -upper arm x2- 11.25 both
        -thigh x2- 22.5 both
        -weight-148.6

        The total difference is

        5.25 inches
        6 pounds

          Beginning weight 160, ending weight 157.5.

          Aug 16 - 153 - 30 lb. mark
          Sep 26. '07-148.5
          Nov 26-153

          6/11/09-148 - 35 lbs. loss

            Hi everyone , my results are better than what I thought:

            Under arms, around chest : down 4 cm
            -Fullest part of chest : down 7,5 cm
            -Ribcage : 8 cm
            -Waist : 8 cm
            -Hips : 8 cm
            -Upper arm : each down 3 cm
            -Thigh : each down 2 cm
            - Total weight lost :7 Kg

            A total of 15,94 inches( included only one thigh and one arm ) and 15,43 pounds lost in the 6 weeks
            So I made a miscalculation. I'm adding 5 cm ( arm and thigh ) that's a total of 45,5 cm or 17,91 inches.

              Oh ty for starting this Elizellen. As I was laying in bed last night I realized I hadn't started this thread yet. LoL Nice job everyone! Everyone else has through Saturday to get their results posted because I will be announcing the winners on Sunday.

                From July 16th to August 26th:

                Under arms: 46" to 43".....-3 inches
                Chest, fullest point: 48" to 47".....-1 inch
                Ribs: 42" to 41".....-1 inch
                Waist: 44" to 41.5".....-2.5 inches
                Hips: 56" to 53.75".....-2.25 inches
                Upper Arm: 16.5" to 15.75".....-.75 inch
                Thigh: 30" to 28.5".....-1.5 inches

                Weight: 278 to 263.....-15 pounds

                -12 inches + 15 pounds!

                      Just to make it clear.. You do count losses on BOTH arms and BOTH legs.
