      Biked 10 mi on stationary bike...BROKE my best time!!!!! regularly I have been coming in over 33 minutes. My goal has been to get in the 32 min range...today I broke that record baby, came in 31:50....

        25 miutes on the treadmill and 32 flights of stairs up and down.

          Tuesday: No exercise. I was layed up with an ice pack on my knee, Wednesday: Lifted Weights,Thursday: 30 minutes of walking. (I orginally posted this on Thursday thinking that it was already Friday ) Boy do I feel !

          Skyye: My smilies have not been posted for previous exercise days. When should I check to make sure they are there? (I don't mean to be a bother this is all new to me) .

                              Sorry, I've been away from the computer a lil bit. Sick with what I call "the crud." Stopped up head and chest and feel quite crappy. *sigh* Lovely way to start a challenge.... Anyhow, If you look up at the top of the chart there is a date that say when I last updated the chart. If you've posted since then I just haven't gotten to updating yet. You can also tell if I've updated yet by looking at the days' threads. If I was the last one to post then it has been updated. If I wasn't then I haven't yet gotten to it. Of course I have been known to mess up and skip people when updating somehow so if I have updated and you still see blank don't be afraid to set me straight. LoL
