      push mowed my yard........... and the neighbors, cept the back, it's fenced and i couldn't get in.

      bike for 30 minutes

          Taking a rest day. I upped my weights yesterdays workout and I am really sore today.

                      25 minutes elliptical and 60 minutes weights.
