    15 minutes weight machines

    10 minutes floor exercises

    (Went to the British Club gym this morning!)

              15 minutes elliptical plus an hour of weights

                      sighs as she looks at all the people who stayed with their committments. I was going to call these sick days as my heels and calves hurt so bad i could barely walk Thurs and Fri, but i should have pushed through it instead of using it as an excuse not to exercise. So i guess i am going to be the first one to be a slug Thursday and i did the same for Friday, but will post it there. Today is actually Saturday, and i am going to get back on track!

                            Sorry, haven't been online, here's my update ...
                            Wednesday 11th - Rest Day
                            Thursday 12th - 40min legs & Abs; 30min treadmill
                            Friday 13th - 40mins upper body

                            Weighed myself this morning and am up to 207!!! 2.5lbs gained since Tuesday, what the heck? Heavier than my starting weight. Can't all be muscle. What to do? My diet is still clean, salad and green veggies. Lots of chicken and eggs.

                              Okay, let me try to get this right.

                              I did 40 minutes on Friday in the hotel workout room...and took a rest day on Thursday. Didn't get those posted right. I'm back with it today.
