    Alrighty I've gotta play catch up here. Hopefully I can remember what I did LoL

    Fri 20th - In the car all day... rest day
    Sat 21st - Went to wedding and sat around visiting.. we'll call it a rest day
    Sun 22nd - Walked all over Babies R Us (wish we had one of these in Odessa) and then went to outlet mall.. at least 3 hours total
    Mon 23rd - Met a friend at Bass Pro Shop (Really cool place... loved the big fish tank) and walked all around it and then wandred the mall too.. at least 3 hours of walking there
    Tues 24th - Went to the mall TWICE.. at least 4 hours walking there
    Wed 25th - In the car all day... rest day
    Thurs 26th - Gonna call it a rest day for now

      Rest day for me.

          45 minute walk/jog interval. I did one sprint. Whewh!

                      Sick day. It is taking longer than I thought to get past this minor surgery. I am not going to beat myself up, but I have a few sick days a row here.
                      149.8/no weigh/ 119



                      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                      what the rungs mean to me:
                      rung 1 - more veggies
                      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                      rung 4 - berries, melon
                      rung 5 - wine -
                      rung 6 - beans, hummus
                      rung 7 - other fruits
                      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                      (on to pre-maintenance)
