    Under Arms: 41.5 / 39 = -2.5
    Chest: 43.5 / 42 = -1.5
    Ribcage: 38 / 37 = -1
    Waist: 37 / 35 = -2
    Hips: 44 / 42 = -2
    Upper Arm: 12.5 / 13 = +0.5
    Thigh: 28.5 / 27 = -1.5

    I'm not sure whether we count arms/thighs twice (for each arm/leg) or once (per bodypart).

        I did the treadmill today for an hour and I did some sit ups!

          hi - here's my results

          I only lost 4lbs!! but I made up in inches - 10 inches in total!! I am really happy!

          upper chest 38 - 36 = 2
          chest 41 - 39 = 2
          ribcage 34.5 - 33.5 = 1
          waist 33 - 31 = 2
          hips 40 - 39 = 1
          arm 12 - 11 = 1
          leg 23 - 22 = 1

            Wow ! you all sure are shrinking

            I have lost nothing to speak of, so no results to post this time.
            Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

                Still in NC visiting my son, his wife and DH's family. DH's family has no internet, so unable to report anything all that week. Back at son's apt today. No measuring tape, but I know I did not lose. Didn't exercise this last week either. Enjoyed the challange.
