Those that reported results lost a total of 30.8 pounds and 44 inches! Nice work everyone.

And now for the top three:

13 jane lost 10in and 4lbs

Lyssie lost 11in and 8lbs

sweetgirl2 lost 18in and 10lbs

9 out of 23 completed the challenge. 4 of those were slug free.

If you look on the chart for the week 6 of 6WEC#30 you have a blank spot for Wed, Nov 15. Which means you didn't have your 5 smileys for that week and basically that blank spot counted as a slug.

I always wait a week after the challenge ends to give everyone plenty of time to check the chart to be sure they are up to date. We're only human so I may have missed a post you made or you could have been too busy and forgot to post that day.

I did report it it says "i did my time..." I suppose I should have included that by doing time, I meant I spent time in the gym, but I did report it.

Congrats to Jane, Lyssie and Sweetgirl for taking 1st, 2nd, & 3rd! Good job to those (including me) who finished without slugging out!
