Thanks for keeping tabs on us, Jimmie Jo!!

Weights and a 'body conditioning' class tonight for me.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Thanks so much for doing this for us, Jimmie. It truly keeps me going, just knowing that I have to report in!

1 mile run - yes, I said run! I have never run like that before.

          Also, arm workout.
          149.8/no weigh/ 119

          1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
what the rungs mean to me:
          rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
          rung 4 - berries, melon
          rung 5 - wine -
          rung 6 - beans, hummus
          rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
          (on to pre-maintenance)

Ditto all the thanks above! Doing that manually must be quite a pain, I really appreciate it.

35 minutes walking/jogging, abs, and upper body work with dumbells.

Sunday and Tuesday I exercised. Monday was a rest day. Thank you for doing this Jimmie.

Wed(1/10)-also a rest day(well rain day actually, rained all day and I couldn't cope with cardio outside and had stomach cramps so no other exercise either).
