    A rest day. It wasn't meant to be a rest day but I had an awful night sleeping. Plus apparently when my bike fell down yesterday in the garage I broke one of those "spoke things" in the wheels. Grr!

    40 flights of stairs for me (that is 600! lol) 35mins of climbing that is

      gym day for me - 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins stairmaster, 100 abs and some arms weights

                Poor Maggie, hang in there!

                1 Mile run for me, plus arm workout.
                149.8/no weigh/ 119



                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                    January 16-Tuesday

                    I had to get a tooth extracted today at the dentist so today
                    and tomorrow (Wed) will have to be sick days to make sure
                    the blood clots correctly. I feel awful
