    happy valentines day, everyone!

    getting this started to keep our newer members on track.

    the plan today is ball and weight work with a little bit of biking. you can trust me to make sure i get it done.

    this is an absolute.... i sholved snow for 1 1/2 hours.

            I was able to get in some dumbell work on upper body this morning and 30 minutes of walking during lunch.

                  I'm calling an injury day. My hip was killing me so much I could barely walk. Feels fine today though so I'm not sure what the deal was LoL

                    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                    what the rungs mean to me:
                    rung 1 - more veggies
                    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                    rung 4 - berries, melon
                    rung 5 - wine -
                    rung 6 - beans, hummus
                    rung 7 - other fruits
                    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                    (on to pre-maintenance)
