    lets get this ball rolling, shall we?

    100 or so flights for me today. haven't done them yet but i will.

    got those done (45 minutes) and added another 5 minutes of stretching on the ball.

        Ok here I am an hoping I am back on track, it rained all day yesterday so me and a friend of mine went walking thru the mall for about an hour. My feel hurt so bad last night from that little bit of walking.
        My new stats were taken yesterday and posted into my signiture.
        Today I am going to do 10 minutes of leg lifts. And 10 mins of arm curls using my cans for resistance.

                35 minutes cardio, 125 abs. Congratuations Maggie on the new elliptical. I'm a little jealous and thinking we should have gotten one of thsoe instead of our treadmill!
