    Jimmie_48 just reminded me that I havent been posting in the 6WEC forum lately (Thanks Jo ) so I hope it is OK with you to update my stats here.

    Wed 14 Feb : Pilates and Body Conditioning Classes
    Thu 15th Feb : Rest Day
    Fri 16th Feb : 90 minutes Weights
    Sat 17th Feb : Rest day
    Sun 18th Feb : Walking
    Mon 19th Feb : 90 minutes Weights plus 20 minutes stationary biking
    Tue 20th Feb : Stabililty Ball exercises for half an hour plus half an hour stationary biking
    Wed 21st Feb : Pilates plus body conditioning classes and 20 minutes weights (got there early)
    Thur 22nd Feb : Rest day
    Friday 23rd Feb : 60 minutes weights

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
