    lets get this started. i'll add my exercise when it happens.

    adding now:
    biking 10 minutes
    flights 10 minutes
    ball exercise at least 10 minutes

    Walking, weight training 45 mins, and abs 120.

    Now I gotta think about dinner, and how to do the pork chops (normally we would have them with an orange sauce eeekkk) maybe a lemon sauce sweetened with splenda, hmmm.
