Pilates class plus weights and half an hour stationary biking.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: 6WEC#33, Week 3, Day 4, Wednesday, February 28
Hey All,
Nice to be back.
Since winter has set in and it has been dark in the mornings and slippery, I have been working out in a gym. I rotate between the elliptical trainer and the treadmill, both set to the Interval Training modes for 45-60 min. (minimum 500 cal. burn). Every two or three days I add a 20 minute super set of upper body weight training using the various machines - I am a bit leery about using free weights....with the degenerative osteoarthritis I have to be very careful to avoid fractures due to poor form.
I have been working out between 4 and 6 days per week. I am committing to five days per week.
Since my re-start date of Feb 26:
Mon-Elliptical
Tue-Treadmill with upper body W/T set
Wed-Elliptical

Re: 6WEC#33, Week 3, Day 4, Wednesday, February 28
I didn't think I'd make it yesterday due to complete lack of motivation, but got encouraged by OH, so at 11:30 last night....
45 minutes ashtanga yoga with modified asanas for my knee, pilates abs 100.
I'm glad I did it, as today I feel much chirpier, and my knee is definitely getting better, I made it upstairs without grabbing the railing.
