    getting this started

    i'll edit the post when i get mine done. it will be biking today with a few flights.

    editing to add i did 30 minute bking, 9 minutes on the sbec and 20 minutes for flights

    I managed to get my act together today...
    walking 30 mins and weight training 45mins, 120 abs.

    Excuse me while I collapse in a little heap....

        Although it's after midnight, I am logging in for Tuesday March 6.
        My machine went haywire yesterday and I could not log on. Same problem today. I was complaining to the DH and he offered to try and bring up the cite on his machine....and TA DA.....I'm on! I am blessed with a resident GENIUS when it comes to computers...Saints be praised!
