    i don't see this started yet.

    did 1/2 hour of flights today. maybe i'll get something else done but this is enough to keep my days going.

        30 mins on my step machine - I managed to burn 400 cals!! I really went for it!!! lol

                  If it's not one thing something else goes pear shaped. I am still plodding on but the computer and phone has been down.
                  I am waiting for the third thing to go wrong...
