          It was rough going today. Could it be that I was just the tiniest bit tired after reading till 3AM!

          Treadmill, 500 cal. Stopped interval training after 35 min. got too hard and there is always another day!

              I did spend about an hour at the gym "doing" weights. I'm sore today, so I did use some muscles obviously LOL

                An hours walking, 60 minutes weights plus 15 minutes interval (30secs hard/slow) on the stationary bike.
