    getting this started.

    i'll edit or add when i get my flights done.

    working on flights now and taking a 2 minute break. i've done 80 so far, 40 to go.

    Way to go on the flights Jimmie!

    A relatively good day, today. 45 minutes weight training, 120 abs, 35 minutes powerwalking, 3 hours planting gooseberry bushes...don't ask.

    Very thirsty and tired, any suggestions for pick me ups?
    I'm taking a multi-vit, glucosamine, and fish / evening primrose oil.

        Just to say I have been a total slug since 2nd March or so, so no slug free badge for me

          Hey All!

          Interval training on elliptical machine, 45 min. Cool-down on treadmill.
          I am very dissapointed with myself....I have managed to avoid doing ab work for weeks and weeks (I just hate doing abs!) and lately I am having a hard time pressing myself to do the upper body work as well.
          Any suggestions?
          Someone suggested doing pilates which may be a "gentle" approach to the hated ab work.
          Any opinion?

                    wooooo hoooooooo 70 deg's outside today (our tease day to spring - back down to 30's again lol) ....... we went for a nice long walk and did my weights in the evening
