    getting it started for the day
    as before, i will edit when i get my exercise done.

    15 minutes biking
    10 minutes of sbec
    15 minutes of flights

    20 mins on the elliptical, 5 mins on the bike (had to rush!), 100 abs and some arms weights.

      I've just been too tired to do a darn thing the past few days. My little Catie has been sick and pretty clingy/fussy. Plus she hasn't grapsed the concept of daylight savings time either so she wants to stay up late every night. Bleh. I really wish we could just set the darn clock and leave it.

      Rest days for Sun through Tues. Unfortunately, I guess I'll have to take a slug for today.

          Well, and a good evening to you all too.



          On the treadmill today. Shorter than regular session, only 35 min. Made myself do an abbreviated upper-body and an abs set. Reminded myself that, if you hope for motivation from others, you will be inevitably disappointed. So, as they say, “suck it up” and reach inside for what you need. And so tomorrow the second step of my journey.
