    Hope I'm not breaking any rules by starting the new thread for today!


    This morning, my exercise routine was the following:

    Mix it Up with the Debbie Siebers
    100 crunches with Tony Horton's Ab Ripper 100
    10 minutes of various exercises on the stability ball.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      bio no rules broken at all. it doesn't matter who starts it but if you're here early, go ahead and get it going. anybody can start the daily thread.

      the members that are new to this might not want to be posting your stats in these daily threads. i won't state the reasons why again but i will refer you to the sign up thread and my last post. you are of course at liberty to post the stats wherever you want but you better remember where you put them. when it comes time to compare starting stats with ending stats, these threads will be all over page 1 of this forum and you be hunting your stats.

      lets try to make this as easy on sky as possible. she has about 35 people to log stuff for this time around. try to post your exercise in the right thread so she doesn't have to backtrack. she's good at backtracking but we need to consider her time in charting things for us.

        HI everyone, just wanted to post, and i walked 30 minutes today!!!!

                        jack and i are taking another walk tonight. it's all i could fit in.

                        editing to add that it was a very nice walk. abt. 3 mph and we walked for 1 hour

                          Got my exercise in for today..20 minute richard simmons tape. I am hoping by making exercise a habit I'll start enjoying it because right now I'm in shock at how evil this tape was lol.
