    This morning's exercise include the following:

    10 minutes on the stability ball (various exercises)
    1 hour on the stairstepper
    100 crunches with Tony Horton (Ab ripper 100)
    30 minutes of yoga
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

    Hi just reporting, i did my walking today for 30 minutes!!! Tomorrow moving on up to walking for an hour, just trying to build myself up!!!

                30 mins walk today up and down hills! And some Pilates too - but not a full session. Walking is sure getting easier as the days go by which is nice.
                This challenge is good for me - I know I can't put it off until tomorrow
