    This morning, I did the following:

    Mix it Up video tape (sweatfest!) with Debbie Siebers
    Ab Ripper 100 with Tony Horton
    10 minutes of exercises on the stability ball
    15 minutes of stretches
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

    So proud of myself. Got up this morning and got in 25 minutes on the elliptical...a good way to wake up! Have a great day everyone!

            Hi everyone, well i did it, i walked for more than 30 minutes, me and hubby walked 4.5 miles today!!!!

              Today so far have done the 30 minutes Curves workout, 15 full sit-ups (ow-ow-ow!), 25 crunches, and 10 push-ups.

                How nice of you, to fix this! I guess Sky will know by now what exercises I did.

                MA = Martial Arts = 15 min pushy training to warm up (and getting a heart attack... ), 15 min stretching and 1 h and 15 min training.

                At the gym I am always doing the Stepper (? it's called like this in Europe...) until I burned 300 kcal (between 34 and 38 min) and I workout on 8 different machines. Plus 10 min stretching and ALWAYS a lot of sit-ups.

                I am quite regular in what I am doing, how specific do I need to be when posting?
