    This morning, I did the following:

    Burn it Up DVD (~1hr)
    stability ball, 10 minutes
    Ab ripper 100
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

    15 minutes on the Tread Climber and 10 minutes on the StairMaster and 10 minutes stretching.

      Good Morning, well i got a workout in just not your typical one. I mowed my yard and it was a job, so that is my excercise for the day, and believe me i think it wore me out more than walking lol.

            30 min Body Building (or what ever you say when you are using all this machines with weights...)

                sick day again.I hate this. I been having some trouble with my back for 3 days.I hate not exercising.I will be glad when i am better i am hoping tomorrow morning i am better.

                      Did extra stairs at work today! Also took myself for a brisk one around the buildings...twice!
                      Doggie has had a power walk with me for about 20 mins this evening!
