            40 mins strenuous walk - most of it against a very strong wind!

            And 30 mins Pilates which I am finding hard as it has been so long since I did any

            But it is making me feel good at the end of it

                  Hiyas!

                  No 'official' excercise for me today but boy I'm aching, lol!

                  Decided (with all this bloomin energy I seem to have!) to tidy up the back garden. It was longggg over due and real hard work! Anyway, it looks good now, just ready for some new planting!
                  After that I have blitzed the whole of downstairs with a duster, brush and mop! Next I moved upstairs with the vac! Inbetween I was running up and down stairs, in and out the house whilst doing 8 wash loads!

                  I think all that was definatley excercise! Well....my back seems to think so lol!

                        66 minutes on the elliptical, 4 miles. 20 minutes weights and 30 minutes walking.

                              Left home at 1:40p, walked to the far side of our little riverside town here, got drinks, walked, climbed a huge hill to play at a park, walked, investigated a little creek, walked, got more drinks, walked back home arriving at 5:10p.
