    I hiked up and down hills for an hour. Also 10 push-ups and 25 crunches.

      I made it to the gym and did 20 minutes of cardio and 35 crunches!!!!

                Astros Game....

                walked all over that dang Minute Maid Park. Does that count? Not to mention parking in Russia and walking to the dang stadium...lol!

                I would say about 45 minutes of hard walking...especially having to keep up with my husband and kid. Especially her she's like crazy child at the stadium. Wants to go down to the field to try and meet the players. She's gotta thing for Brad Ausmus and Chris Burke on the Astros..."Mom...they are pretty...lol"!
