    Good morning everybody!

    Guess I am the first one out today... Even if it had been snowing yesterday and during the night, I went out running for 90 min. Lucky me, the snow melted away, so it was more like running after a rainshower.

    200 crunches, 20 minutes on stability ball, 1 hour on stair stepper.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            I walked 45 minutes with my dog. Brisk walk and 484 calories burned.
            I did 47 minutes on the eliptical with 461 calories burned.

            60 crunches


            One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

                    guekjian, I dont know why you're wanting slugs the first two days of the week when you've only pledged 4 days. Since you only pledged 4 days you have 3 rest days to use. I've gone ahead and marked them as rest days for now.
