    i'll putting some mileage on the bike today and i think myjack best be getting a walk in or he's gonna end up in slugville. i'll edit and add as needed.

    oh, i have to mow today if i can get the mower going.

    editing to say i did, indeed, get the mowing done and i did the front and side yards of my neighbors house.

            30 min walk and 1 hour Pilates class.

            Feeling pleased as I have found a class not too far away and tonight was my first night there. Doing another class tomorrow!

              15 miles on stationary bike, 200 crunches, 10 min stability ball.
              HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

                          I got 125 flights in today, and 100 crunches. I am so loving challenges. Getting to be a bit of a challenge junkie for sure..... LOL

                          after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!
