      Another 40 minute walk
      (well it might have only been 35mins actually walking) But some of it was uphill and I did carry on a full conversation while I powered up the hill and a few weeks ago I couldn't even breathe, never mind talk at the same time

        10 miles on the bike, 200 crunches, stretches, and water aerobics for 40 minutes
