    6WEC#35 will begin on Sunday, May 6th and runs through Saturday, June 16th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#35, Week 1, Day 1, Sun, May 6"
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is where everyone can go to view the chart to see if you're exercising or not.

    Count me in, I will do 6 out of 7 days!!!! This last one had me excercising religiously lol!!!!

      I'm game, too. The timing couldn't be more perfect! June 16th is my brother's wedding, and hitting the road for vacation the next day for an entire week!


      #1. I plan to exercise 5/7 days each week, however there is possibilties of doing more because I have active kids who are keeping me on my toes.

      #2. As far as measurements go, I promise to keep rightful, honest, and completely accurate measurements. I keep track of them here on my computer and update it each Saturday.

                sky, i'm going to be moving in about 2 weeks. i don't know how long i'll be without a computer. might be days, might be 2 weeks.
                i would have to post several days, maybe a weeks worth at a time. is that going to create a problem for you? how do you want me to post ~ in each days thread or all at once?

                if you'll have me, i'll commit to 5 days.

                    Since I'm injured, I'm not certain what exercises I can do yet. For this round, count me in 3 days a week.

                        I'm going to give it a good shot this time...

                        6/7 days of 12 minutes on the eclyptical

                        (going to start out slowly but steadily and work the number of minutes up as I go to ensure for a steady routine buildup)
