    200 crunches, 20 minutes on stability ball. Still recovering from knee injury.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

        did 5 miles on bike, a quarter of a mile on treadmill, i know not long at all, i was really just trying to see how far i could jog, and 25 crunches, and upper body weights.
