Good Morning Everyone, well here are my numbers, I started at 295, todays weight is 290 so a total loss of 5lbs, and here are my inches lost.

Ok, my results

Chest (under arms): 50......47.25 = 2.75
Chest (fullest part): 55......53 = 2
Ribcage: 48.....................46 = 2
Waist: 52........................51 = 1
Hips: 66.25......................64.75 = 1.5
Thigh: 31/31....................31.25 = +.5
Bicep: 17/17....................16.25 = 1.5
Total Difference: 10.25 inches - and I'm not weighing myself until the 12th.
That's my weigh day.
Not stellar, but it does allow me to see where I need to work!

I'm excited at my results and it's my saving consolation that a month ago I also started measuring places not on our list, because I noticed many other places melting hehe
so inches going are going going gone, and good riddance!
