    Got my excercise in early today (its my day off). My husband and I walked the doggies for almost 3 miles.

    Struggling with PCOS and Infertility issues.
    I WILL MAKE IT TO GOAL!

      did a lot of weight training this morning, and now on my way out the door to get my walking in, will have to report later on how long under the may mile challenge.

        Catching Up: Sat & Sun were days off. Monday I did 6hrs of housework and today I did Ramp It Up.

          hello everyone.
          sky, this is my update but it won't be a surprise because moving boxes and furniture have been the exercise of choice since i last reported in.

          May 11 moving, 20 flights
          May 12 major moving day. this was all the big stuff. 25 flights
          may 13 shifting boxes from one room to the next, cleaned up the old house. 20 flights
          may 14 flights as i again lifted and hauled boxes to where the things were being set up
          may 15 same same.

          the major set up of things is done and i'm down to the smaller boxes. if i can get my stab. ball blown up and get the bike back in action, i'll start trying to fulfill my challenge totals tomorrow.

            I wanted to give you my numbers for last week:
            Week 1 Day1: Rested
            Week 1 Day2: Walked 1.7 miles
            Week 1 Day3: Walked 2.91 miles
            Week 1 Day4: Walked 2.6 miles
            Week 1 Day5: Rested
            Week 1 Day6: Rested
            Week 1 Day 7: Walked 4.7 miles

            And, I will post later after I've exercised for today, Week 2 day 3.

                    Walked today....2 miles.


                    Is it me or does anyone thing Jimmie wins the Most Exercise Done In A Week challenge? Phew! I got tired reading what she did....and determined to blow up her ball and ride her bike. You go, Jimmie!!!!!!
