    i can't hardly believe this wasn't started yet

    i've been busy busy with final clean up of the the new place but i'm fixin' to jump on the bike as soon as this post is done.

        30 minute curves workout.

        edit to add: 70 minutes of hula-hooping.

            jogged 1.75 miles, walked 1 mile.




            1st mini goal- 225 lbs.-Done!
            2nd mini goal-199 lbs.-Done!
            3rd mini goal-189 lbs.-Done!

              I walked the dogs for 3 miles and used 5 pound dumbells for about 20 minutes to try and tone up these flabby arms.

                      Yesterday (Wednesday)....I walked all over campus ...and took the stairs instead of the elevator.
