    Sorry I havent been posting my exercise, my stupid computer has been on the fritz grrrrrrrrrr.........

    So I walked on thursday, rest day on friday and walking saturday and sunday. I havent done anything today yet, but we are going to a metropark for a family barbeque and will be taking the dogs so I'll get some walking in then. Thanks!
